Within what period can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. For more details visit our Return and Refund Policy.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item. The refund will be processed to your original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
What happens when my order is completed?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email containing not only the items you have ordered, but also your delivery and billing address and your chosen payment method.
Can I cancel my order if it has not yet been dispatched?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@mason-grace.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
How long does it take to process and deliver orders?
- Order Processing: 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday)
- Shipping Time: 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday)
